Paramount Airways – Always ahead of others

 

Hello everyone this is Ramkumar one of the founders of paramount airways a new and upcoming airline that will begin its operations very soon and which will connect regional cities within India and its neighboring countries. My airline would be a low-cost carrier with no frills attached. We have registered our airline with the aviation regulatory authority and we are expecting to take to the skies at the earliest possible time.

Board

There will be around eight board members including me who will be part of the core management team. I will be the CEO of the company and look after the day-today operations of the airline.

Base

We will be based in Coimbatore and will have our hub at Delhi airport for the north India region. We will have our MRO at Hyderabad airport and we will have our sales offices in all major cities in the country.

Inventory

To begin with, we will be buying 25 wide-bodied Boeing A330s for our initial operations and thereafter we expect to expand our inventory by purchasing more planes in the near future.

Paid-up Capital

Paramount Airways will authorize 25,000,000 shares of common stock. 1,000,000 shares are to be set aside to be divided among key staff members. It is also expected that the management team would have suitable options to buy shares once operations commence. It is expected that the founder’s share and stock options will not be more than 12% of authorized shares.

Competitors

We are in a highly competitive world where there are similar airlines like ours willing to start operations or have started operations already. We are fully aware that the Indian aviation market is jam-packed and as a result, we will be competing with other low-cost carriers like Go airlines and Vistara, to begin with. Our competitors would be our role models and we expect to match them systematically in our Endeavour to become the preferred carrier in the years to come.

Recruitment policy

We have a zero-tolerance towards racism and we intend to recruit industry veterans and candidates with an aviation and hospitality degree. We will also be recruiting overseas pilots and staff for cabin crew positions in order to gain the experience and skills they bring with them. We expect our employees to be excellent service providers and brand ambassadors of the airline

Mission

Our mission is quite smooth to grasp. We have the intention to capture a market share of 10% within the first three years of operations. However, it seems to be difficult given the situation right now but we will strive to achieve what we have envisaged.

Vision

We have a vision that is clear and simple. We have the ambition to become a leading low-cost carrier in India and to start overseas operations five years down the line.

That’s all for now.  This is our business plan for our newly formed airline. We envisage that the investors would like our business plan and pump their money in with full confidence and faith. We can assure that our investors and the public will have the utmost authority to question any wrongdoing and the freedom to grill the management team since we have the motive of serving the people with utmost dignity and perseverance.
