Mr. Jigar Trivedi – Director
As one of the directors, Jigar Trivedi is a dynamic, young and enthusiastic individual with loads of ambition. He is a thorough professional who loves to flaunt his analytical skills and solve complex problems with ease. He is a true visionary with a balanced approach. His goal is to build an organization that will be a role model for others and show the way health care practitioners communicate with their patients, not just in our country but around the world.
He is a great team leader and building and guiding a team to realize its goals is one of his achievements. He has the temperament and perseverance to achieve whatever is assigned to him and his team and has always succeeded in what he did so far. He is proud of his leadership qualities and he encourages himself in discussing various businesses and their networks with his peers.
Jigar Trivedi is a commerce graduate from Gujarat University and he is a certified Software professional from the Tata Institute of Information & Technology.
Dr. Amol Patel – Director
Dr.Amol Patel is an M.D. in Pediatrics with a passion for technology. He like his colleague Jigar is very competitive and enthusiastic about technology. He is a practicing pediatrician and is rich in experience in his own field. He came on board as director to give vision and mission to this unique venture and is also the strategic advisor of the company having the knowledge of both technology and medical field.
He is the ideal person to steer forward the venture due to his medical background. He frequently coordinates with the Doctors, clinics and path labs to ensure that their product is well received by them. He is passionate about using technology in providing quality healthcare service to the masses within their monetary capacity.
Dr. Amol is a certified doctor and he wants to ensure that his valuable experience gained from his practice is put to use in steering forward his company and make it one of the leading providers of healthcare IT in India.

Venture Studio
Venture Studio is a breeding place for creating new startups. It was ingrained by Ahmedabad University in 2011 in association with Stanford University – Centre for Design Research. Several ventures have been incubated in diverse domains such as health, education, energy, environment, agro, consumer products, transportation, etc. Being a Technology Business Incubator. We have been approved by several institutes of national importance. We are an approved BioNEST facility for bio-incubation by the Biotechnology Industrial Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) and also an approved Nodal Agency under the Government of Gujarat Startup Policy. Venture studio encourages multiple fellowship programs for people having a vision to start up a new venture in areas of interest such as life sciences, healthcare, defence, smart city technologies and other areas of interest. VNJ is one such startup incubated by Venture studio and it is obvious that such a significant venture has taken shape which caters to the needs of the healthcare industry. VNJ has been promoted keeping in mind the various aspects of providing cheap and quality healthcare IT solutions to the ever-increasing medical fraternity just in time. VNJ has the ambition of becoming the best startup incubated ever by venture studio in the coming years. VNJ is willing to go the extra mile to achieve whatever is within its means.

Ahmedabad University, located in Ahmedabad, the financial of Gujarat and one of India’s most vibrant cities, is a private, non-profit university that offers students a flexible education with emphasis on research and project-based learning. Established in 2009 by Ahmedabad Education Society, Ahmedabad University has developed a unique learning environment for students by collaborating with global partners, imparting project-based learning through industry interaction. Ahmedabad University offers diverse and variety of courses to enable students to grow into world-class leaders. Ahmedabad Education Society, which founded this University is a non-profit educational trust based in Ahmedabad. AES was the brainchild of Sardar Patel the first home minister of India and it was Kasturbhai Lalbhai, the father of the Indian textile industry who was instrumental in setting up this society with meager means. This society has to its credit in the founding of IIM Ahmedabad, NID, PRL and CEPT which are today considered to be one of the best in their respective field of education.

Mr. Pavan A Bakeri
One of the leading businessmen in Ahmedabad, Mr. Pavan Bakeri is an illustrious person in his field of operation. He is one of the most experienced people in the real estate and construction industry in India. He is also a successful entrepreneur wherein he established an energy firm exploring wind and solar energy.
His love for technology led him to set up a software firm that developed VoIP solutions and was involved with the development of voice recognition technologies during the initial years.
Mr. Bakeri is a staunch believer inappropriate use of technology to solve myriad problems. He is currently involved as an investor and advisor with several startups, most of them based in Ahmedabad and several others based in India in diverse fields such as education, logistics, eCommerce and environment.
He has been chosen as the recipient of one of France’s highest civilian honors, l’Ordre National du Merite by the President of France.
A Master’s graduate in Engineering from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology U.S.A. Mr. Bakeri is a highly respected individual in the upper echelons of society.
Dr. Srisunder Subramaniam
Dr. Srisunder Subramaniam is the CEO of Venture Studio set up by Ahmedabad University. Dr. Subramaniam has more than a decade of extensive experience in the life science sector wherein he got involved in research, product development, investment planning, and business and operations strategy for diverse organizations ranging from global pharma companies and startups to medical centers and public health organizations.
He also worked as a management consultant with PWC managing diverse clients and coordinated with several startups in vaccine development, natural therapy, and advanced medicine.
He is one of the leading thinkers of the healthcare industry and his inputs in setting up a venture like VNJ innovations can prove beneficial for its future prospects in the longer run.
Like Mr. Bakeri, Dr. Subramaniam believes that appropriate use of technology in providing quality healthcare to the medical fraternity is paramount and there is no substitute or alternative to technology in the current world scenario.
Dr. Subramaniam has done his doctorate in Biophysics from The Ohio State University and is a recognize biophysicist. He also managed to get a management degree from Booth School of Business based in Chicago.

EasyMedi
Easymedi, as the name suggests, is quite easy and simple to operate and use. This particular product is mainly useful for patients to check and validate their health records online. Through this software one can get a detailed analysis of his or her’s health-related matters like type of ailment, intake of medicines their continuous progress and doctors assigned to them. This software has made the tedious job of maintaining the health records of patients very easy and passive. It enables the patients to access their records with the click of the mouse.
EMDocs
This is another product from the stable of VNJ innovations. This particular software is helpful for Doctors, Clinics, and Hospitals for their daily interaction with each other. With this product, the day-today dealing which the doctors, clinics, and Hospitals have with each other regarding services to be provided and patient care has become entertaining and facile.
EM Pharm
This software enables the pharmacies to connect with various clinics, Doctors, and Hospitals to provide medicines at a reasonable cost and sometimes for free when need arises. Pharmacies can grow their network by registering their credentials on this platform and can deliver quality medicines whenever and wherever it is needed to a wide range of healthcare providers.
EM Labs
We have seen pathology labs conducting various tests to find the type of ailment a patient suffers from. Such labs can be accessed online through this software wherein Doctors and Patients can connect with these labs for their detailed test report and can get first-hand results regarding the patient’s health status. Doctors and Hospitals can cut costs of getting such reports elsewhere by associating themselves with online pathology labs.
