Sergey Brin was born on August 21, 1973, in Moscow (erstwhile Soviet Union) to parents, Eugenia and Mikhail Brin. He is an American citizen and a computer scientist as well as an Internet entrepreneur. He did his graduation from University of Maryland and enrolled for his doctorate program at Stanford University which is later discontinued

He was fortunate enough to meet Larry page along with whom he developed a web search engine. It became immensely popular in the following years and this led to the formation of Google, a new search engine or a new mechanism for searching the World Wide Web.

He was earlier married to Anne Wojcicki in 2007, but due to differences in their marriage, they were separated in 2015. In 2018, he married Nicole Shanahan and they together have a daughter. Brin and Wojcicki are the noble donors to the Michael J Fox foundation and they are supporters of the society that aids Jewish immigrants.

He happens to be a generous donor to the Democratic Party candidates for their election campaigns. Brin has won many accolades in his career and he happens to be one of the richest persons in the world.
