Atigo’s humble beginnings
The story actually began in 2007 when extensive research was carried out by Mr. Pradeepsinh jhala and his team to study the Indian market for security alarms. Due to immense pressure to come out with a solution he spent sleepless nights to come to a conclusion that there was an urgent need for an intrusion alarm in a country like India where theft and burglary was a familiar incident.
After years of studying the Indian tastes and preferences, there was a compelling need to introduce such alarms in an underdeveloped market like India. This led to the birth of Atigo with a common goal of achieving what Mr. Jhala had envisaged. In short, the concept was to create awareness among the masses about the need for safety and security such alarms would provide.
Company Vision
The company’s vision is to become the best security systems player with the focus on providing value-added service to every potential customer, employees and other stakeholders in India.
Journey so far
Despite the presence of a few foreign players in the domestic market, Atigo decided to move ahead with its idea of creating customer-oriented products that can be available at the click of the mouse. What transpired later are the results of years of research and hard work that led to the creation of exceptional products from the company‘s stable and also regain trust for the company’s product by providing excellent service to customers throughout India.
Atigo’s journey culminated in 2013 when actual operations began. It has spent years studying the Indian market and the needs of the customers and after thorough research, it has reached a stage where it can deliver superior products at the customer’s doorstep with ease.
It is the only company that has the 24/7 helpline and an Emergency handling station where information is handled on a priority basis. Since its inception, it has been a smooth journey until today and the hard work done so far has propelled the company to newer heights. Today the company is one of the leading security systems providers in India and it plans to foray overseas by first launching their products in the Southeast Asian market in a few year’s time.
Atigo has reached a stage where it need not look back at the years of research undertaken by its promoters to study the Indian market when the intrusion alarm industry was at its nascent stage in India. It can take pride in its achievements so far and there is a feeling of pride that the company will be able to cater to all types of customers across various industries and achieve leadership position in a few year’s time.
